     推动“一三五八”发展战略，罗江县交通运输局明确2012年，将结合地方经济社会发展目标开展本职工作，以成德绵区域交通一体化建设为契机，努力构建交通大网络。     按照计划，该局将完成八项重点工程建设任务，一是在全市率先实施市域环线公路改扩建绵罗公路罗江段7公里的示范工程，同时积极向上争取项目和资金，力争“十二五”内全面完成绵罗路、罗中路的改造。二是完成县道谭秀路改造工程建设，贯通金山、调元两镇并与成什绵复线高速公路相接，进一步优化金山工业园和调元镇交通基础设施。三是精心组织，做好银行贷款项目的审计、交验工作，2012年6月底前完成提款报账。四是完成BT项目天一路建设。五是完成二龙桥和红岩桥危桥整治。六是完成慧广路、文广路、子汉路的安保工程建设。七是继续做好成什绵高速公路和轻轨铁路的协调工作，确保国家重点工程的建设顺利推进。八是做好成绵高速公路金山站棚改造工程的协调工作。
