据了解，该工程主要内容为带有人防功能的地下车库项目。

包含建筑、结构、暖通、给排水、消防（含自动喷淋）、电气、安防、人防、市政广场等专业。

项目总建筑面积为35950.13㎡

地下2层框架结构体，其中地下二层建面为22556.55㎡，地下一层为13175.97㎡，地面层217.61㎡。

幕墙约2200㎡，建筑全长384.6米，最大宽度68.1米。

据消息灵通人士了解：

保利mall的施工进度计划：2019年8月内通过第一次消防验收，2019年10月内通过二次消防验收，2019年7月15日之前，主力店进场装修，8月初直梯安装完成，9月初扶梯安装完成。
