目前,在顺城大街至昭觉寺南路一线上重复开行的线路较多,1路、64路、99路三条线路连续重复超过6公里,存在不同线路之间串车、进站时间排行时间较长等问题,造成了沿途线路运行效率不高、运力浪费。拟试点从线网优化入手,采取“裁线加频”的方式,提升沿线的公交运营效率。

目前,北星大道大天路至三环路之间重复开行的线路有K15线、15路、46路、145路、266路、651路共6条线路,其中K15路和15路重复站点9个,站点重复率高达75%,造成了运力重复投放、车辆利用效率不高等问题。
从线网优化入手,采取“局部调整”的方式,减少线路重复,缓解K17路利民路断面高峰拥挤,提高线路运行效率。
