成功属于无畏的攀登者 一一杨云与他的中国画艺术

如果翻开中国美术史，你不得不承认有一种艺术形式影响了一个时代一一那就是中国的连环画艺术。早在《左传》中：＂昔夏之有德也，远方图物，贡金九牧，铸鼎象物，百物而为之备，使民知神奸。＂足以充分说明绘画艺术在中国古代具有＂成教化，助人伦＂的功效，这种功效一直延续至今。                 

When opening up the history of Chinese art, you must admit that there is a kind of art that influenced a whole generation, and that is Picture Art. Early in "Zuo Zhuan": "Virtue existed since the Xia Dynasty,  turn things in distant into pictures, let the nine provinces pay tributes of bronze, and cast image on the tripod, making all objects on it, so the people will know the gods and monsters." This is enough to explain that painting arts have the efficacy of "building social culture, shaping morality," and this effect lasts until today.

1949年新中国成立，为了更好的让翻身的广大民众读书识字扫盲的同时，歌颂赞美新中国火热的生活和了解博大精深的传统文化。以人民美术出版社和上海人民美术出版社为首的出版社相继出版了许多优秀而经典的连环画。如《林海雪原》《铁道游击队》《红岩》《山乡巨变》《钢铁是怎样炼成的》《青年近卫军》《草上飞》《渡江侦察记》《列宁在十月》《鸡毛信》《穷棒子扭转乾坤》《西厢记》《三打白骨精》《三国演义》《红楼梦》《水浒传》《西游记》《聊斋》等优秀的连环画图书。而恰恰就是这些被人们尊称为＂小人儿书＂的连环画图书吸引了广大民众的眼球，丰富了人们的生活，配合扫盲运动，掀起了中国人从连环画中读书了解历史的一个高潮。                           

In 1949, the New China was established, while letting the people to become literate, songs to praise New China's life and great culture were popular. Led by the People's Art Publishing House and Shanghai People's Art Publishing House, many outstanding and classic picture books were published. For examples: Tracks in the Snow Forest, Railway Guerrilla, Red Rock, Countryside Upheaval, How the Steel was Tempered, The Young Guard, Flying on the Grass, Scout Across the River, Lenin in October, Letter with Feather, Poor Sticks Turn Things Around, Romance of the Western Chamber, Hit the White Bone Demon Three Times, Romance of the Three Kingdoms, Dream of the Red Chamber, Water Margin, Journey to the West, Strange Tales,and other excellent picture books. It is precisely these picture books that people respectfully call "little character books" that have attracted the attention of the general public, enriched people's life, helped to increase literacy, and raised the wave of the Chinese people to learn histories from these books to the peak.

＂无意插柳，柳成荫。＂正是这些优秀的连环画造就了一批连环画大师的同时，可以这样说新中国几乎所有艺术家都受到过连环画艺术的熏陶，也正是受这些优秀的连环画的影响，诞生了一代又一代优秀的中国画家。                  

“Didn't mean to plant willow, but willow forms shades." While the picture books brought up many experts, almost all artists from New China were influenced by this kind of art, and because of these artists' impact, more and more excellent Chinese artists emerge.

中国美术家协会会员丶四川省美术家协会中国画艺委会人物画专委副会长，四川省美术家协会理事，中国画名家杨云先生就是直接的受益者。

出生于上世纪六七十年代以前的人，脑海中都会有这样的一个画面一一连环画书摊遍布全国。那时，几分钱可以看一本连环画，杨云也不例外的成为租书摊的常客。无论是古代题材中的金戈铁马，抑或是现代战争题材里的战火硝烟，都能牵动他那颗童真的心，沉浸在这些优美的画面丶动人的故事中，流连忘返。            

Born before the last century's 60s-70s, there is always an image of picture books everywhere in the mind. At that time, one picture book only costs a few cents, Yang Yun became a common customer of book renting stores with no exception. No matter if it is an ancient styled spear and horse, or flames of wars of modern warfare stories, they all can move his innocent heart. Enchanting in the beautiful pictures and touching stories, he indulges in pleasures without stop.

你很难想象，从喜欢看连环画到长大以后画连环画并出版，自学成才的他走过了一条怎样的艺术成长之路。

It is hard to imagine the art path of someone who loved picture books since childhood then publishes them had walked by self-teaching.

杨云出生于四川阆中，1968年高中未毕业就响应党的号召＂上山下乡＂当知青，一当就是八年。上世纪七十年代又在南充工艺美术厂画出口画作为外加工挣钱回生产队交工分款。在竹帘上画花鸟丶山水、人物画，他从连环画那里学到的技巧，通通都排上了用场，可谓得心应手。杨云的艺术之路充满了坎坷，从小热爱艺术的他，原本怀揣读艺术院校的梦想，却未能如愿，实在是遗憾的事情。七十年代末，他顶替退休的母亲进了粮食部门当了一名工人。在这些艰难的岁月里，他边工作边画画，日复一日，从未减少过对绘画艺术执爱的激情。十多年的自学绘画，终于感动了上苍，艺术之神向他张开了怀抱，他的连环画终于被出版社出版了。杨云连环画创作的一个高峰时期，先后在岭南美术出版社丶重庆出版社丶人民美术出版社《连环画报》杂志上出版和发表《错叩死神之门》《逐鹿中原》等连环画。随后，他开始尝试创作水墨人物画，直至今天。他创作出了许多充满生活情趣令人喜爱的作品，参加了许多高水平的展览，并得到业界和社会的认同。

Yang Yun was born in  Langzhong, Sichuan, in 1968, before graduating from high school, he responded to the party's call to go "down to the countryside," and this one trip lasted for eight years. In the 70s, he went to Nanchong Arts and Craft Factory to draw export paintings as an additional job for the production team to get the public split of the money. Drawing flowers and birds, landscapes, characters on the bamboo curtain, he applied adeptly everything he learned from picture books. However, his art path is filled with obstacles, as someone who loved art since childhood, he originally dreamed to go to art school, but it was not realized, which is an unfortunate thing for sure. In the late 70s, he worked in the food department for his mother who retired. During these hard times, he works and draws at the same time, day after day, never forgetting his passion for art. After more than ten years of self-teaching, he finally moved the god, the god of art opened the arms to him, his picture paintings were finally published by the press. At the peak times, his picture books were published by Lingnan Fine Arts Publishing House, Chongqing Publishing House, on the People's Arts Publishing House's magazine "Lian Huan Hua Bao," he published works such as "The Gate of Death" and "Race the Deer to the Central Plain." Later, he began to create ink figure paintings until today. He published many works full of the feeling of life and were loved by the people, he participated in many high-level exhibitions and has been recognized by the industry and society.

他说上海人民美术出版社的《三国演义》对他影响极大，他曾经整本整本的临摹过这些刀马人物，就是这一幅幅造型严谨而生动的刀马人物对他影响至深，为他后来的中国画创作打下了坚实的基础。他对我说正是基于对连环画的感情，他至今都还珍藏着五百多本连环画。       孔子曾曰：＂绘事后素＂，成为古代中国美术理论的精辟言论，我赞成葛路先生《中国古代绘画理论发展史》中的观点：＂任何事物都有个本质，也都有表现本质的形式。＂杨云先生的艺术正是因为有了被连环画艺术所吸引而叩开艺术之门的经历，也才有了今天他随心所欲的表现眼中之所见，心中之所悟的能力。在他的画面里从那挥笔直取的畅快和信手拈来的惬意中，我们能看到那没有束缚的快乐和从生活中所得来的那份质朴的真实。               

He said that "Romance of the Three Kingdoms" by the Shanghai People's Art Publishing House impacted him the most, he once drew characters, horses and swords books by books from them, these are the rigorous but vivid figures that deeply influenced him, and laid a solid foundation for his later creations of Chinese paintings. He told me that due to his love to picture books, he still has a collection of more than five hundred of them today. Confucius' words: "Paint then decorate," became an incisive speech for the ancient Chinese art theory, I agree with Mr. Ge Lu's idea in The Development History of Ancient Chinese Painting Theory: "Everything has their nature, and also have the way to express them." Because of the attraction of the Picture Paintings to Mr. Yang Yun, he was able to express freely whatever he sees, and whatever he thinks. From the straightforward enjoyment and handy comfort of his images, we can see the bondage-less happiness and the simple reality from life.

杨云的艺术有以下几点特征 Yang Yun's arts have the following traits：

一丶造型的严谨和唯美是其审美价值的体现：在杨云的笔下写实性的语言和对美的表现无处不显现出他的艺术追求。他注重对人物结构的表现，造型准确。面部刻画细致生动，在眼睛的描绘上，使人物鲜活而传神。东晋顾恺之曰：＂传神写照，正在阿睹之中＂，杨云深明其理，因此，他的人物画给人神彩奕充满朝气之感！      

1.The modeling's rigor and beauty are a reflection of his aesthetic value: under the brush of Yang Yun, every part of the realistic language reveals his artistic pursuit. He stresses on the expression of character structures, giving an accurate figure. The drawings on the face are neat and lively, making the characters alive with spirits. Gu Kaizhi of Eastern Jin said: "Portrait of soul, is in the eyes," Yang Yun understood the meaning deeply, therefore, his figure paintings bring people a sense of vigor and vitality!

二丶笔墨的厚实与色彩的纯净是其远朔传统近追大贤所得。在传统中国绘画中，讲＂墨分五彩＂也讲＂随类赋彩＂更讲＂笔墨当随时代＂。在人物画传统技法上融入山水画丶花鸟画的用笔，使其塑造的人物形象，在铿锵有力的笔触，灵动多变层次丰富的墨色中，配以纯净的设色，使画面在墨气淋漓的笔墨中视觉效果更加明快，给人以时代感。            

2. The thickness of the ink and the purity of the color were got from going after the tradition and following talented people. In traditional Chinese paintings, they say "the ink distincts in five colors," they also say "endow the color with the category," and they say "the paintings should follow the time" as well. Adding brushwork of the landscape, birds, and flower paintings to traditional figure paintings, making the characterizations, under the firm stroke and in the multi-layered inks, to be accompanied with pure tintings, letting the image to have a brighter visual effect in the ink-full picture, and gives people a sense of time.

三丶对生活的关注，对生活的讴歌。艺术源自生活，在他的作品中，无论是祈福的人们，襁褓之中幼小的生命，劳动中小憩的阿妹，风雪中的牧人，都体现出藏族人民的勤劳丶勇敢和善良，以及对美好明天的向往。这都与他深入生活，感恩社会分不开，读他的画，充满积极向上的情怀。杨云是个热爱生活的画家，他笔下创作的作品都是他深入生活，对生活的赞美。自八十年代以来，他先后赴甘孜丶阿坝丶西藏等地写生十多次。他热爱那一片热土丶热爱蓝天白云下生活的人们。他说：＂甘南是个美丽的地方，我还要去写生！＂人生之路真的充满了缘分，正是他醉心于藏族题材绘画艺术的探索，得以在2014年有缘结识了同样以画藏族题材闻名全国的著名军旅画家敬廷尧先生，为敬老师高超的技艺和谦和的为人所折服，并拜他为师。杨云常说：＂老师的人品画品使吾受益匪浅。＂眼界的拓宽与技巧的日臻成熟，使得他的中国画创作翻开了新的一页。         

3. The focus on life, the eulogy to lives. Art came from life, in his works, no matter if is people who are praying, the little creature in the cradle, the girl resting from work, or the herdsman in the snow all embodies the diligence, braveness, kindness of the Tibetan people, and the longe for a better tomorrow. Yang Yun is an artist who loves life, works created under his brushes are all his praises to it. Since the 80s, he had visited Garzê, Ngawa, Tibet, and other places more than ten times to sketch. He loves the land and the people under the blue sky. He said: "Gannan is a beautiful place, I am going there again!" The road of life is filled with destiny, and because of his devotion on exploring painting arts of Tibetan topics, he was able to meet the famous military tourist artist Mr. Jing Tingyao in 2014, who was also known for works of Tibetan topics. Mr. Jing is respected by his high technics and humble behavior, so Yang Yun acknowledges him as his teacher. Yang always says: "My teacher's character and art tastes influenced me a lot." The broadening of eyesight and the maturity of techniques allowed him to turn to a brand new page of Chinese art creation.

  人生的路有无数条，但条条通往高峰之路都充满坎坷和荆棘，成功的喜悦，属于无畏的攀登者。成绩已成为过去，今天他正以饱满的激情去攀登一个又一个新的艺术高峰。衷心的祝愿他：心想事成！

There are many paths of life, but each one of them is filled with bumps and thorns to the peak, the happiness of success, belongs to intrepid climbers. Achievements are the past, today, he is climbing new summits of art one after the other full of passion. I wish him sincerely: The dreams all come true!

2019年11月杨云在曼哈顿成功举办了《雪域苍生》的艺术作品展，获得参观者一致好评。
