西藏黄河诗书画院卫建堂院长——洛阳创作交流并现场作画

2020年6月20日至22日，著名国画家、西藏黄河诗书画院院长卫建堂和秘书长闫春贤应河南省洛阳国花书画院邀请开展了为期三天的艺术创作与交流活动。

June 20 to 22, 2020, the famous Chinese Painting painter, Principal of Tibet’s Huang He Poem, Calligraphy and Painting Academy, Wei Jiantang and the secretary of this academy, Yan Chunxian were invited by Luoyang Guo Hua Calligraphy and Painting Academy of Henan Province to held an art creation and communication activity that lasted for three days.

河南洛阳是中国历史上曾九次建都的历史文化名城，文化艺术底蕴非常厚重。洛阳牡丹，色泽艳丽，玉笑珠香，风流潇洒，富丽堂皇，素有“花中之王”的美誉，而闻名天下，被称为中国的国花。唐代大诗人刘禹锡写诗赞曰：“庭前芍药妖无格，池上芙蕖净少情。唯有牡丹真国色，花开时节动京城。”正因如此，自古至今，全国以至世界各地许多文人雅士争相前往洛阳赏牡丹或画牡丹，留下了许多精彩的诗词和绘画作品。

Luoyang, Henan, is a famous historical city in Chinese history that was built as a metropolis for nine times, thus it has a rich culture and art base. Luoyang’s Moutan Peony has gorgeous colors and enchanting fragrance, it is chic and magnificent, receiving a reputation of the “King of Flowers” and known by the world, which it is being called the National Flower of China. The great poet of the Tang Dynasty Liu Yuxi praised: “The Garden Peony in front of the courtyard is flirtatious but not stylish, the lotus below is pure but dull. Only Moutan Peony has real beauty, impressing the capital when it blooms.” Because of this, since ancient times to today, many literati and elegant scholars from all over China and the world rush to go to Luoyang to appreciate it or draw it, leaving abundant amazing poems and paintings.

洛阳国花书画院，是以牡丹为国花而命名。据其院长宋常威先生介绍，该院现有八百多平方米的创作与展示场所，已签约的书画名家百余人。他们利用现代科技手段，大力宣传弘扬中华优秀传统文化。经过参观考察与交流交谈，卫建堂先生现场即兴作画，以雄鸡、龙虾为题材，创作了命名为“登高望远”“紫气东来”“奋进”“腾飞”等十六幅精品力作。其作品刚在网络平台发布，立即就有十余万粉丝点赞，受到广泛关注，并有山东、安徽等省的粉丝赶赴现场，观看卫建堂先生作画和求购其作品。

Luoyang Guo Hua Calligraphy and Painting Academy was named after the national flower, Moutan Peony(Mudan). According to the principal Mr. Song Changwei’s explanation, this campus now has more than 800 square meters of creation or exhibition area and signed more than a hundred famous calligraphers and painters. They utilize modern technologies to broadly publicize the excellent Chinese traditional culture .After observation and communication, Mr. Wei Jiantang paints at the scene, with rooster and lobster as topics, he created “Stand Tall and Look Far” “Luck Comes From the East” “March Ahead” “Soar” and other masterpieces. When his works were posted online, hundreds of thousands of fans “liked” it immediately, and there are fans from Shandong, Anhui, and other provinces rush to the scene, watch Mr. Wei paint, and hoped to buy his works.

卫建堂先生赴洛阳为期三天的艺术交流，给河南洛阳国花书画院的艺术家们留下了深刻而良好的印象。他们认为，近期新冠疫情对人们出行与交流有所影响，但卫建堂院长来到洛阳，却引来了众多书画家和爱好者前来观看，可见广大民众热爱中华文化的劲头未减，喜欢传统文化艺术的人越来越多。

Mr. Wei Jiantang’s three-day art exchange at Luoyang left a deep and good impression on the artists in Guo Hua Calligraphy and Painting Academy in Luoyang, Henan. They thought, although the COVID-19 recently disrupted people’s travels and communication, but Principal Wei Jiantang’s arrival at Luoyang attracted many artists and lovers to watch, which this shows that the zeal of the public to Chinese culture did not vanish or lessen, but there are more and more people who loves traditional culture and art.
