拍摄多以漂亮的荷花为主图，从而获得美丽的画面。但在荷塘无花，或将镜头指向无花的场景时，我们则可以变配衬角色的荷叶为主角，拍出别有风趣的新主题画意照来。
Photography focuses more on using the beautiful lotus as the main picture to get pleasing images. But when there is no flower in the lotus pond, or when we turn the camera to scenes that have no lotus, we can put the leaf as the focus to photograph other interesting and novel pictures under a new theme.
本组创意照拍摄的对象是荷塘荷叶,主要是通过学习借鉴我国写意摄影大师刘半农先生的写意摄影手法,重在以“糊”写意，决非以“清晰”画面去“复写”荷叶，通过写意摄影“美术糊”与“透视糊”的技巧，借助拍摄荷叶表露作者主观的意境。
The subject of this group of creative photos is lotus leaf, it was mainly to learn and borrow from the Freehand Photography master, Mr.Liu Bannong's photographing techniques. They focus on "blurriness" instead of "clear" images to "duplicate" lotus leaves. Via freehand photography's techniques of "fine art blur" and "perspective blur" to express the photographer's subjective artistic conception.
这组作品的创作，仍属我十年来尝试的“ZD画摄影”，即用相机创作画面，后期发掘作品主题与命名。创作原理是变形使用被摄对象，构思产生出新的主题画面。
This group of creation derived from my ten-year-experiment of "ZD Painting Photography", which forms the images using the camera, then gets the themes with names later in the production. The principle of creation is to change the shape of the subject in forming new images.
拍摄中，通过拍摄时脑子里对被摄对象给予的禅意性感觉，变形使用被摄对象来完成新图像的构思与拍摄。荷塘荷叶虽然大同小异，然而其体态、朝向、大小、色差又各不相同，拍摄中，我据其不同的状态，进行构图巧拍。如对单匹荷叶进行特写，对不同形状、颜色的荷叶进行组合，通过其时的风吹叶动、日光变幻和脑子的意念，变形使用被摄主体荷叶。创作过程中，常借助荷叶叶面凸凹不平、叶色浓淡悬殊，日光射线穿透的不同角度，以及塘内光线明暗不一，甚至为人所厌的破裂荷叶等景况，重新构思组合新主题画面。看起来每一幅图中拍的主体是荷叶，但其主题都不是原来的荷叶，而是一幅幅由荷叶、荷杆、水面等重组的形态不一、姿色体态各异，富有故事，新奇而神秘的新主题人物画面。
While shooting, from the Zen feeling given by the subject, I deformed the shape to complete the conception and shooting of new images. Although lotus leaves are similar to each other, the postures, facings, sizes, and colors are different. When shooting, I composited with tricky shots according to different conditions. If I portrait a single leaf, combine those with different shapes and colors, to use the lotus leaves in a different way by the moves when the wind blows, the change of light exposure, and the ideas in my mind. During creation, I often use the bumpy surface, color difference, the angles of light transparency, and the shadows in the pond, even the distasteful broken leaves, etc.. to composite new images. It seems like all the subjects of the photos are lotus leaf, but in fact, they are originally different parts in the pond, including the leaves, stems, water surface, and others. The recombinations are in different shapes, colors, and postures. They are full of stories, novel, and mysterious character images.
拍摄实践使我彻悟到：世间不少事物，看似有，却是无，看是无，确是有。荷塘盛开的荷花，似乎是荷塘摄影缺不了的主角儿，其实作为配角的荷叶，只要我们细心去观察，并注入我们的主观意念，就完全可以反配角为主角，创作出没有荷花，游离于荷叶主题的，富有更美更深意境的创意作品来。
The shooting experiment allowed me to understand that: the world has a lot of things, they seem real, but are in fact not, they seem nothing, but are in fact real. The blooming lotus in the pond seems like an indispensable subject in the lotus pond photography, but the leaves that are the supporting roles, as long as we observe carefully and put in our subjective conception, they can transform from the minor to the major and form creative works that have no lotus flowers, wander in the lotus leaf theme, more beautiful and with a deeper artistic conception.
