曹志敏系中国摄影著作权协会会员、高级摄影师、欧洲摄影学会特约摄影师、江苏省摄影家协会会员、常州市摄影家协会会员、北京摄影函授学院28期学员、常州红梅文联摄协优秀会员。多年来深入生活、扎根人民、把人民的冷暖和幸福放在心中，用手中的相机记录人间的真、善、美，宣传正能量，摄影作品先后在全国、省、市等媒体刊登500余幅，其中以《洋女婿迎亲》、《瞧瞧咱们的婚纱照》等为代表的百余幅作品在在国内外各类影赛、影展中获奖，《洋女婿迎亲》获2019年第二届骑士奖国际摄影大赛中纪实类优秀奖、获2019戛纳国际摄影节金像奖；《瞧瞧咱们的婚纱照》获2020上海国际“郎静山摄影艺术奖”慈善摄影大赛金牌奖、2020第十届“金鹤奖”全国艺术摄影大赛中获主题类银奖；《青洋高架美如画》在2020第三届骑士奖国际大赛中获风光类优秀奖。

Cao Zhimin is a member of Images Copyright Society of China, an advanced photographer, a specially engaged photographer of the Europe Photographers Association, a member of Jiangsu Photographer's Association, a member of Changzhou Photographers Association, a student of the 28th Alumni Association of Education Institution of China Photographers Association, and an Excellence member of the Changzhou Hongmei Federation of Literary and Art-Photographers Association. He dives deep into daily life, takes root in the civilians, puts the cold, warmth, and happiness in the heart, uses the camera on the hands to record the honesty, kindness, and beauty of the world. Cao spreads positivity, over 500 of his works were publicized successively on national, provincial, and city-level media. Among them, "Foreign Son-in-law Getting Married", "Look at Our Wedding Photo", and other 100 more works were awarded in competitions and exhibitions within and out of China. "Foreign Son-in-law Getting Married" won the Excellence Award in the Documentary Section of the 2019 Second Calvalier Awards International Photography Competition, this work also won the Daguerre Award of 2019 Cannes International Photography Festival; "Look at Our Wedding Photo" won the Gold Award of Shanghai International "Langjingshan Photography Art Award" Charity Photo Contest, the Silver Award of the Tenth "Golden Crane" National Artistic Photography Contest; the work "Qingyang Highway is as Pretty as a Painting" won the 2020 Third Calvalier Awards International Photography Competition Excellence Award in the Landscape Section.

法国新郎迎取中国姑娘入乡随俗，通过“燃烧的芝麻桔杆”，寓意“芝麻开花节节高”生活红红火火，美满幸福。
"Foreign Son-in-law Getting Married"
The French groom marries the Chinese girl with local tradition, "burn the sesame stem" for the fortune implication of "The sesame blossoms are steadily high" and life is booming and happy.

在残疾人公益摄影展前，真实地记录了一位健康年轻丈夫，推着坐在轮椅上的残疾爱妻，在自己的婚紗照前久久凝视，脸上露出了甜蜜的笑容，默默表示：恩爱到永远。
"Look at Our Wedding Photo"
In front of a public welfare photography exhibition for the disabled, the young and healthy husband is pushing his disabled beloved wife, staring at their wedding photo, showing a sweet smile on the face, said silently: Love forever.

"Happy Event in the House"
Cutting the duck and washing the vegetable by the pond is full of the feel of life. The characters either squat or stand, in a random pattern. The water lily in the ripples in the foreground can not only strengthen the spatial relationship of the picture but also set off the main position of the character together with the hazy green in the background. I immediately captured this scene full of life.

妈妈用一只脚顶住童车自已专注地挑选新茶，姐姐陪弟弟玩，肢体语言丰富，主体人物表情很好。我立刻抓拍了这一温馨场景，据妈妈说是二胎政策的实行给她带来了儿女双全，感谢党和政府的好政策。
"Sister and Brother"

The body language is rich and the main character has a good expression. I immediately captured this warm scene. Youbu， Zhejiang is a thousand-year-old town and the hometown of Lang Jingshan, the head of the "world photographer". The ancient town organized a beautiful cheongsam team to be active in the ancient streets and alleys. They held silk umbrellas and walked in style, attracting many tourists to watch. Due to the active beautiful cheongsam team, the ancient town became more colorful and became a beautiful scene in the town.

"Grandma-Grandchild Love"
When collecting the scenery in North Huanggu Village of Linpeng, an old district in Shandong, under the background of a family’s corn harvest, the grandma carefully looked after the baby. The toddler took the plastic ladle in the hand and leaped into the arms of the grandma. Seeing this warm scene, I immediately pressed the shutter, freezing grandma's deep love.

常州市文化广新图书馆建成开放后，老年朋友也纷紛前往，充电求新知，三位老人专注阅读电子书籍。

"Happiness is like Flower"
In the Jintan Rose Garden in Changzhou. 在常州汔车总站候车厅。母子俩人在春运期间在汔车总站候车厅当志愿者，帮助年老体弱的回家过大年的旅客，我见到母亲推着大行李，儿子扶着俩位老人的感人场景立即按下了快门。
"Mother and Child as Volunteers"
In the waiting hall of Changzhou Xianche Terminal. The mother and son were volunteers in the waiting hall of the bus terminal during the Spring Festival travel season, helping elderly and infirm passengers returning home for the new year. I saw the moving scene of the mother pushing large luggage and the son supporting the two elderly people and pressed the shutter immediately.
