    我们是原井研县卫东机械厂和原井研县搬运公司棚户区贫困下岗职工。2010年9月井研县开始对我们片区进行棚改，当年底就把我们的住房全部打垮了，我们一直盼望住新房。前两天，县棚改办通知我们将在本月领新房，我们好多人跑到井研宾馆棚户区改造后的宏南商业广场去看，一、二楼的门市全部被陈老板卖了，地段、位置、户型好的房子也早都被陈老板高价卖光了，已经有一部分人在大搞装修了，准备25日分给我们的全是偏僻、阴暗、潮湿的角落。这些卖不脱的房子就留给我们拆迁安置户，简直是欺人太甚！更气人的是，当时棚改时我们签的协议大多数要套三的房子，现在变成了给我们套二80多平米的房子，他们有关系又靠山的一家三口每人一套105平米套三的房子。

     我们今天去找棚改办，找研城镇政府，找开发商陈老板，他们对我们不闻不问，棚改办的人还说：是他们同意陈老板先卖房子，因为陈老板资金缺乏，如果不先买就修不起房子。整个宏南商业广场近两万平米，除了我们这几十户拆迁换房以外，全都是陈老板腰包里装着。陈老板现在赚了上千万。

     我们不要那些垃圾房子，陈老板棚改办必须给我们一个说法。
